BMW X5

The first-generation BMW X5, codenamed E53, was made between 1999 and 2006.. It was designed by Frank Stephenson and was the first SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) from the German manufacturer BMW. The 2003 model was available with manual or automatic gearbox. The first X5 E53 left the production line at September 2006 and has been replaced by the X5 which was codenamed E70.

The BMW X5 E70 is manufactured at the plant in Spartanburg, South Carolina, USA. This second generation SUV from BMW features many new technological advancements (iDrive, electronic joystick gearshift, etc).
